Lupe Minero

As a founding executive, Lupe Minero has worked alongside Intellihealth’s founder Dr. Louis J. Aronne, for over 16 years. She brings extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing a wide range of programs and services rooted in an evidence-based approach to medical weight management.

Ms. Minero was the Director of Products and Programs for BMIQ, the predecessor of Intellihealth, where she was head of program planning, development, and operations for several non-clinical treatment and research programs and projects. She has also been involved in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of several health-related treatment programs, research studies, and educational projects funded by private, commercial, and government grants such as the NIH, NHLBI, HRSA, PCORI, and the CDC, which have led to several publications.

Ms. Minero is a graduate of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health with a Master’s of Public Health, specializing in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She also holds a Bachelor’s from the University of California, San Diego, in Human Development, with a minor in Chemistry.
